Is it about time the USA made EVERY crime of one race against another race an automatic "hate Crime"?

90% of all interracial crime is black on White, rape, robbery, muggings, you name it. Just wonder how the US Attorney General Eric Holder, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpten, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Oprah, ETC. would take that law. Time all the black on White crime gets stopped being called, "Just another act of random violence". And please not the usual babel "All crime is bad", B/S.
