Is it time the USA made EVERY crime of one race against another race an, automatic "Hate Crime"?

90% of all interracial crime is black on White crimes, every one from murder, rape, robbery, muggings, carjackings, you name it. How would the US attorney General Eric Holder, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpten, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Oprah, Pres. Obama, ETC. handle that law? And please not the usual babel "All crime is a hate crime and is bad" B/S. Seems when a black attacks a White, it is just a "random act of violence" but the very few times a White attacks a black (drug ripoff) it is a "Hate Crime" (Duke Soccer). That law would do away with the "gray area" on this. I say YES a great idea, what are your thoughts on this?
