Some good TV shows for a 13 year old with strict parents?

Hi my parents are very strict on which tv shows I watch. I live in England, I'm a girl and most of my friends watch eastenders/waterloo road and that kind of stuff. The main tv shows I watch are on Disney channel which is more for slightly younger people... Can you suggest some shows which come on in england which would be deemed suitable by my parents? (Not to much bad lanuage, no explicit scenes etc.) I do not mind what type of shows they are but preferably not on too late because of my parents. I have sky plus though so I can record :) x thank you
