Any of you think having female prison guards in a male prison a good idea?

If so I say try this, put a 100% female staff in a 100% male prison, San Quintin type, 100% female everything, Warden, guards, medical staff, cooks, everything. We are being told that there absolutely no differences in the sexes when it comes to the "workplace". I say try it just once and get this nonsense out of the way for once and for all. Yes I know there are many female guards in the prisons, but just as extras in a movie and will be covered for if needed. And there I am sure a few female guards that are up to it, I am talking about a 100% female staff. That is like saying if your basketball players are on average 7 feet tall, you need to recruit a few 5 feet tall players to enhance the team. Please not the usual babel "There are many great 5 feet tall basketball players". Same goes for police and firefighters.
