Has anyone seen the proposed "Two Mile Tower"?

I don't think we have the technology yet to build a tower 2 miles high. But I looked at some of the concept pictures. Modern day tower of Babel, I suppose. lol. But, it's not like there's anything up there. You can't literally reach heaven. Though maybe they were going for that effect.
