Why has my puppy forgotten her potty training?

I trained my cocker puppy a month ago to go at a designated area in the house . I can't take her out to do her business yet because she hasn't gotten all her vaccinations. Anyway she was trained in two weeks and I was really proud of her. now she peeing all over the place and I don't understand it's as if were starting from zero again. Is this normal?
